GEM Building Specialists Limited guarantee all their workmanship for a period of 12 months, excluding materials.

Should any additional contractors be used for any works, then their guarantee will be used and shown on the quotation provided for such works as separate to our own.
GEM Building Specialists Limited only use high quality materials from trusted brand name suppliers like Jewsons, British Gypsum and Wondertex to name a few.

We do not believe in using or supplying second rate materials in order to save costs.
Cheaper martial options will only be used at a customers request.

For commercial and industrial projects, we will give you a scanned copy along with our quotation.
Here at GEM Building Specialists, we believe in rewarding returning customers with savings on any future works that they wish to undertake.

This has earned us many returning customers to date.
For large jobs, we can offer a payment plan where we will invoice you several small "drawings" during the works.

Each "drawing" is fully laid out as to how much is owed, how much has already been paid (if applicable) and how much is left owing.

These "draws" will be at set stages of your project.

Yes! We will take photographs before we start the project, during the project and on completion of the project.

Should anything unexpected occur, we will photograph what we have found and contact you immediately to discuss what has been found and what the options are.

If you are away on holiday, we can send you regular updates on how we are getting on via email or SMS.
The amount of dust, waste material and spill will vary according to the work at hand.

We take great care to ensure that we cover all areas that our staff are working in with clean dust sheets or tarpaulins in order to protect the surfaces or items beneath.

During the course of the day, our staff will have multiple clean up stops as required to make sure they are working in a safe and clean environment.

At the end of each day, our staff will have a full clean up, ensuring all rubbish is removed, surfaces are cleaned and floors are hoovered and cleared of any spoil.

We will always check with the customer that they are happy with the condition of the room/area we have been working in before we leave site for the day.
